PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Alloy Apartments, located on Berwyn House Road, is an apartment building with 1,2, and 3 bedroom units. Located just blocks from the University of Maryland, this apartment community is designed with student convenience in mind. Amenities such as a business center, conference room, study areas, an on site parking garage, and being centrally located to restaurants and shopping, makes the building ideal for today’s modern student. AE Dynamics provided specialty engineering services for the storefront and entrances to the building.
