PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project consists of three connected buildings located on the East River waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The main building is a 39-story, 392-foot tall tower. The entire complex comprises over 700,000 SF of space. AE Dynamics worked directly with the Architect and the Italian glazing system manufacturer to engineer the all of the custom glazing systems, which were then pre-fabricated abroad and shipped to the site and installed in accordance with our anchorage designs. AE Dynamics provided continuing services directly with the installer in order to assist in a smooth implementation of the design and to address any unique field conditions in an efficient manner.
