PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Meadow Village area of Big Sky Montana is the residential heart of Big Sky. The area boasts many new developments that are walkable or bikeable to many amenities such as shops, restaurants, grocery, a golf course, and places of worship. In the most central part of Meadow Village is the new Kircher Mixed Use building. With commercial businesses housed on the 1st floor and residential units with sweeping big sky views on the 2nd floor, the building is the ideal mix of convenience and Big Sky living. AE Dynamics served as the structural engineer on the project. The building is mostly wood framing with limited steel elements. Foundations are conventional strip and spread footings at frost depth.
